Oh, seeing Teal's comments reminds me, there's a library with internet access nearby where Sorcha lives. You can have her show you where it's at.

That being said, downtown greer has internet access as well, so does the coffee shop. Terrible internet, yes, but you can take your laptop there and use it.

Maybe while you're in downtown you could look for a job somewhere. A job that would pay better than a babysitting job. It would help pay for internet.

...Or maybe not...from what I saw of downtown Greer, everything looked dead and abandoned. Maybe somewhere in Wade Hampton Boulevard? That seems to have bustling businesses.

Or instead of Wade Hampton Blvd, maybe you could work as a library page at the library. Don't worry if they say no, you'll never really know if you don't ask, it never hurts to. Library page would be an easy job for you. It's slow-paced, quiet and not too stressful. It'd be something you'd have no trouble doing.

I've been trying to find a job here. Never any luck since they go for the most experience people. Or something. I know a waver gets paid $8 a hour just to hold a sign and dance on the side of the road for a few hours. Actually been trying for that since most places have to something with Math XP And then I know landscaping and animal care but again I have to have a better degree and whatnot despite getting something similar from Bonds Career Center when I graduated from there.

Really my school and the program I was in screwed me over. :/ The program I was in garenteed that I would graduate with a job no matter what. Said they'll put me somewhere that I would enjoy working at like with Animals and kids. They got me to shadow at a Vet Hospital. They had others shadow at a Day Care and they even got hired and I was POST to go to a Day Care to Shadow there. But instead they put me and 2 others in a store that closed down on the day we were going and the Career Teacher didn't do nothing since. :/ And says it's my own fault for not telling them more of my likes. HELLO I did told them. I LOVE working with Animals and KIDS. Not working at a Shop with clothes and math.

And I've been trying to get a job at Petsmart Target and other places. I did got a job at Tokyo Grill at Walmart but they let me go the next day saying I am too slow of a learner for them and expected me to learn everything in 3 hours of one day. :/ Almost got a job at another place but was turned down since I only grad without a GED or whatever the other thing is called. :/

So it's hard for me to find a job here. Honestly I can find a job easier in Florida cause they want pretty girls in their shops at the beach it seems like XD And my dad even has an offer over there by my Uncle if he can't get a job here. So yeah. Been trying to find a job with no luck really. XP

Maybe you can go to this Bonds Career Center and tell them your situation and what happened when you got the shaft that time. If they promised you a job when you graduated from there, then they practically owe you one.

Oh they weren't the caused. They're there to help. Yes. But they're there more to get expreinced. The Job Program was the school and my mom hates the teacher as she says we're lying when we confronted her about this issue. Saying they called, emailed, and mailed things out to us. And we never got any of that. And when we told them that they just flat out said "Not our fault your daughter lies and is too lazy to do anything" hadn't seen them since my blew up at them.

You had the worst teachers hun... In any case, I hope you can someday find a job that's right for you. Oh and feel free to use me as a professional reference~
