if i suddenly get in the mood thinking about a story where a brother and sister get drunk and make out? the thing is it started when i was working on who they saw with their "beer goggles on" the dude is gay so i started to think about a male who he saw and then pictured the two of them making out and thats how it happend i am not into insest

It's alright, it's actually the like of the familiar and easily bonding. Incest is just the want for a stronger family where the mind has connected what it normally doesn't. It's not sick, just a little weird. You're still you and still perfectly fine.
