WELL STOP IT!
You are a miracle of plausibility. You are standing on a rock, hurtling through the void of space at a million miles an hour, that somehow conceived organic chemicals that could replicate, reproduce, and evolve over a few billion years.
Thinking that you are worthless, or unable to perform well at a task will drag you down. Don't believe in what is untrue of who you are!
Think of what you can do. Do it well, do it often, and do it with burning passion.
