How do you wake up?

I wake up pretty easily on a normal day. I get up, there's probably a 10 minute span of "what am I doing???" and then I am good.
My roomate, Walf, which really alarms me, takes about a whole hour for her "what am I doing" span to end.
It weird.

And I normally wake up around 7
Doesn't matter how long I stayed up the night before
It just happens automatically
Which sometimes isn't always a good thing
I do have a friend that is like Walf though
And it takes him quite a bit to get his head on right
It worries me a little...
I usually wake up around 8- which usually helps when I have either school or work that day. X)
I'd say I am a morning person too- but I feel like that term is often labeled to the people who can simply rise without struggle regardless of the time. haha

There's sometimes my alarm will go off, and I am up and gone for work within an hour.
Some days I can't get my shit together for said hour.

Get out- dressed- etcetc, and when I go downstairs to eat breakfast (if I can, lol) and then my brain goes "OH HEY. YOU'RE AWAKE."
Unless I have a dream where I already thought I woke up and went to do whatever needed to be done that day- wake up and realize it was a dream- THEN I take about two hours to get over the "shit I'm awake" feeling. XD
Recently? Wake up, "wat" phase, sleep another two hours. Repeat about four times, then I actually crawl out of bed. My sleep cycle is so bad right now.
if I sleep for 6 hours for instance, it's about 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes I am liable to fall asleep at any place at any time. (Much to my embarrassment, including standing up while putting on my clothes.)
If I sleep for 9 hours or more, I immediately wake up feeling as though I've been awake all day, and can run around and compute the moment I sit up from my sleep. xD
I stay in braindead mode for like a half hour as I get ready and drink a coffee. Browse the internet to buy some time to shake the cobwebs loose. Grab a Monster on my way out the door and chug that shit on the way to work. USUALLY I'm alive enough to function by then, haha.
Wank = mass confusion for at least another 10 minutes immediately following wank. But geez. Relaxing EH?
No wank = Slow start for a few minutes, but then very happy to be falling into the routine of coffee and breakfast beer.
If my schedule is decently constant, I'm pretty with being 100% sooner. but if it's a week where It's all over.. well, then i have a harder time and feel so much more tired.
Because of this I pretty much don't have a "what am I doing" phase :/
