My character is Azal, 27 year old Tiger/Wolf/other mutt thing, other being stripe pattern being reversed from most tigers, horns, and extended canines.

Oh very much yes.

Would love to... though the motorcycle has been cutting into fursuit money.

Azal was supposed to be a throw-away name that really wouldn't mean much to me. That said he's now my primary/nearly only character and has become my name in the furry fandom. Sometimes I use the character for RPGs as well.
How long has this character existed, including previous versions?
Altogether, Azal has been around since fall 2008.
Does your character physically resemble you in any way?
He's meant to, as he's pretty much me. He's in a bit better shape than me, and has more fur and sharper teeth but yes.
What trait about your character is the most like you?
werf... Um... he's been made to represent me so personality and build are close, as well as the mixed heritage in history (and the not having a clue/caring what the heritage is)
What trait about your character is the least like you?
What do you mean I'm not a 6' something anthropomorphic blend of canine feline?
Does your character have something you've always wanted? Do they do anything you've always wanted to do?
I sword fight... but not anywhere near as well as Azal. He's practiced at it is pretty much it.
Did your character originate in someone else's fictional universe? If so, whose?
No, mainly because he didn't have a story to originate from.
Is your character presently still a part of that universe?

How did you come up with the qualities of your character?
I wanted a character that represented me. I had trouble coming up with a species so went with hybrid and ever since then stuck with that mindset. Little oddities like the horns are kind of nods to my own oddities in bloodlines. The name was a random name generated name to poke my head on a social group... was supposed to throw away and go to my name I use almost primarily for steampunk. That obviously didn't happen.
Did any historical figures, fictional figures, or people you know/knew influence your character?
No
What physical/mental changes has your character gone through since its creation?
A LOT of mental changes, a lot mirroring my own. He probably didn't represent me so closely at the beginning but now there's not a separation. Some physical changes and mental changes are known by those who have known by me over time. Biggest I would say would going from a very dominant personality to a submissive one.
If your character was a real person you knew, how well do you think you'd get along with them?
Oh I wish I could say we'd be best buds or something like that, but I know better. He's me, I'm him. My personality meets others of the same personality and that's a way for wars to start.
What is your character's biggest vice?
As I said, submissive... want someone over me in control. (Note, this does not mean you can take control... it's given to those trusted, otherwise that's a good way to have a lot of anger directed to you)
What would someone find if they looked through your character's pack (or purse, bundle, backpack, pocket, etc)?
Knife, tools for whatever is being worked on at the time, knife, something that can be used to get in trouble, knife
What is one thing your character will never, ever, EVER do?
Be bouncy and bubbly in personality. Seriously, if you know me, that means -worry-
And lastly, if you had to write an ending for your character and never use them again, what would the ending be like? Happily ever after? Blaze of glory? Fate catching up to them?
Um.... Well seeing as he's me... that'd be difficult. I think if he were to ever stop being a representation of me, he'd go out either quietly with not much story to it. Or a blaze of glory. Or maybe a blaze. Dunno with him yet.
