Without having a solid reference of the characters on hand, let's see....

I could probably do a sketch for ~$15, lineart for ~$30, and flat colors for ~$40 - 50. All digital, mind you. I can do traditional as well for a little more (details would depend on size and medium). And I don't have a ref on hand (I'm terrible at remembering character names x_x) so it may be a little more if they're more complex than I'm imagining. I could do more for shading and the like, but I wouldn't be able to promise it'd be done quickly.
