Well, a number of you may already know that I was going to the hospital to get my heart looked at. An echocardiogram. I had that taken care of this morning and I was able to heart my heartbeat on the echo. Now I can feel my irregular heartbeat when im sitting still but when I heard it playing through the machine I was like "Yep...that's irregular as fuck." My heart doesnt follow a normal beat pattern apparently. It beats fast, then slow, then hesitates, and then adds extra beats. What they're looking for is something possibly linked to some issues I had in the past, and very recently, with passing out. They're thinking my irregular as fuck heart could be related and possibly linked to these issues I had. However, they believe the issue wont become apparent until i'm out and doing my own thing. In short, they dont want the environment and activity to be controlled. Solution? I was given a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours and goddamn it feels so wierd to have these flipping adhesive pads on my chest and stomach. Thankfully im wearing it for only 24 hours. Oh and I also have to record my activities and if and when I feel anything that could be related to my heart acting funny >.>
