So my laptop has been declared dead, though my boss said he'll examine it for any usable parts and pay me for them, so that's something. And the roommate said I can continue using his old one for as long as it takes for me to save what I need to build my next computer, which is also something. Though with the parts I'm looking at it'll take me months (like, 6+ months) to save what I need, and I won't be able to commission much in that time, which is frustrating because I'm only just starting to get stuff for this account.
On the bright side, I was able to get my 3DS open and clean beneath and around the buttons and I got the B button usable again, albeit not perfect, which is a huge relief on its own.
So that's the status on stuff for me right now.
