My Policy on Returns, Refunds and Repairs

For The Color Me Kinky side of my business.
Any Adult/Kink products
No refunds. No Returns. Please write to me if you have any problems. I will see if there is any way I can help satisfy your request. Due to the personal nature of what is sold in the CMK portion of my shop I can not resell anything I make once it's used.
For the Custom Leather side of my business
All vanilla products/Non Adult oriented stuff
No money will be refunded, Store credit only. Returns must be unused items only. I am always willing to talk things through and try to figure out the best solution for any problem. Don't be afraid to ask.
A Note On Custom Items:
All sales are final on Custom Orders. No refunds, unless an item is damaged, lost in the mail, or It breaks due to my error. It is really hard to resell a custom item. It is made to your size, color, and specifications. If you returned it, I would be out the cost of material and all of the time it took me to make it, then be left with something I can't sell.
This is why it is important to talk through custom orders with me before purchasing anything. If you say you want size 9 Moccasins, no frills, nickle eyelets. That is what you will get. This is not like a clothing store where I have ten of everything, all of the items are hand made, one by one. If it doesn't fit, then we can work something out. Otherwise, be careful and sure of your purchase.
For shipped items:
If something is defective, and is broken upon arrival, please send me an E-mail/ message before shipping it back! Include a note with the return as well just so it does not get confused with anything else. If you break something, send me a message, we can work out a repair.
On Repairs:
If you are sending something to me for repairs, please do not send anything back without talking to me first.
Please thoroughly clean anything that is to be repaired. This rule goes for both sides of my business.
I am allergic to most perfumes, please don't spray down leather things with perfume to cover up smells (like footwear) I would rather smell stinky feet than be covered in a rash.
I will NOT replace broken shoelaces. Stores won't, why would I. If you have charms, flair, so on you lose or they break off over time I will replace it for a fee if I can. If a dog chews up something, I will fix/duplicate it for a fee if I can. If it is one cuff of a set, I might charge you half price. If something is damage on arrival or it is defective I will fix it for free.
