i get this mostly with 'internet popular' people, but had it happen to me with somebody who wanted to rp with me, and a former mutual watcher
so i've come to determine it as people who think they're too high up on a platter and too good for others.
it's hilarious when this happens to me when somebody isn't 'popular' at all
one person even told me they'd respond to all comments they get, every message, if it was more than just one word.
nope. not anymore
i'm really sick of popularity contests and this elitest attitude
plus people who only talk to internet popular people, in attempts to ride their coattails... i can name people like this.
im trying to make friends and talk to people not pat asses
