Addendum to last journal...

Talk about one of those days... I got a phone call from my nieces school this afternoon asking if I could come down and pick her up as her daddy was arrested on a warrant while waiting to pick her up from school.
So I rush down to her school to get my niece where I'm accosted by this troll from DFS (department of family services), demanding to inspect my home because while waiting for me to pick her up my niece said she was hungry... Of course she's hungry the last time she ate was at lunch and that was at 11:30 and here it was 4:15!!! Let's use our brains people!
Apparently I disappointed the troll because all she found was a clean house, full pantry, and a full refrigerator. The only thing she could find to bitch about was Bugs my little pony toys, the collectors ones that come in the pouches. Something about them being a choking hazard....
Your tax dollars at work folks!

And MLP has always been dangerous. That's why I feed all my nephews and nieces on LEGO bricks.
"Really? How so?"
"Someone could walk by with a lighter and set them on fire."
"By that notion, all of these doors are wooden, not to mention these couches and chairs. Aren't they also fire hazards as well?"
"Of course not! Nobody with a lighter would spend the time trying to burn those!"
...and they got a salaried position for that? Stupid, stupid people.
I can just picture her at family gatherings inspecting everything and her parents wondering if she really went to college or just hid in the attic for four years!
