OH GOD THIS IS SUPER FUCKING HARD
Word count: 14,929/50,000
Basically if I want to finish on time, I need to step it up and write 3,500 words every day until the end.
But I've been able to establish some key characters and plot points so I'm kinda happy. c:

Some of the characters I have here are:
Atum: A black jackal who Nanaki has a crush on, who's come back to town after a five-year spiritual excursion with his family. He's rather skinny, wears glasses, has gold hair, and likes to ramble on lots.
Linda: Nanaki's college friend. She's a short, chubby panda chick who likes to party. She works with her dad on a nature preserve.
Zant: A big, cobalt blue naga, and Nanaki's ex-boyfriend. Secretly trained in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, though Nanaki found out a while back, which lead to their breakup.
Chief Quidel: The leader of the Waya Tribe, a pack of red wolves to which Nanaki belongs. He's really really old but can still kick asses all over the place. :V
