That is what I am trying to do tannim, but once I start drawing or working on a piece in photoshop I lose all sense of time and am "in the zone" to where even if my wrist started to ache I wouldn't feel it! So hmm...I'll set an alarm maybe...yeah...that's the ticket....

I'll try my best though! Also I've discovered, applying ice the next day after a drawing session is fantastic.

I used to have a bag of frozen corn that became my permanent reusable ice pack. It conforms so well around wherever you put it and doesn't leak.

Hey, I think I have some frozen peas I can do that with!
