Think bigger! It's not enough to simply bribe people not to say bad things---we must incite or inspire them to say *positive* things!

What about founding a national (to start) accredited charitable organization of fursuiters and furry performers who are dedicated to serving in their communities, contributing to worthy causes, and reaching out to the needy?

What about using the money to create a polished, accurate, positive documentary of the furry fandom?

What about using the money to create a furry TV or Youtube/Hulu show, whether fictional or non-fictional?

Or, what about using the money to entice TV shows and other media to include positive references to and stories about the furry fandom?

What about just straight-up donating the money to cancer research, autism research, or the Humane Society on behalf of the furry fandom as a community?

I would put the money towards genetic modification research.
