hello

I had a pretty dang pleasant time in Chicago/Rosemont this year! There were some pretty excellent adventures, particularly a wonderful Saturday expedition out into city led by cubetriangle that involved many taxidermic animals, ant hell (Field Museum), and strange Chinese fungi courtesy of Chinatown (Dearest Cube, dogteeth, pierrezaius, artdecade, and other fellow whose name I never caught, you were all a pleasure in and outside of the convention! Thanks for letting me tag along).

I'd also like to give shout-outs to chazamataz87, forneus, and haruka.pyrocat for commissioning me (and the sweet jegermaistro for trying, though I'm bound to draw him in the future!) during my short stay in the artist's alley on Sunday! Y'all really helped with my financial situation (was put towards some very rewarding meals)!

There were so many people who made this a dang special con for me, but as usual, it was beautiful to see so many friends, old and new, and for us to be goofy as buttheck together.

And please PLEASE forgive me if we hung out a bunch and I somehow forgot you, because at this point I've been awake far too long and I'm already coming down with con crud. :V
