Oh cool I can make a header
Hopefully no one hates me for making all these silly things icons ~3~
Note that this is all pretty much food-centric. I find those times to be some of the best for socializing <3
Thursday:
Kings with Linko, Crackers, Jhusky, Oovie, Kiniel, and maybe someone else I forget ;.;
Ordered a drink for 4 and drank it by myself. It tasted like cherry deliciousness. Fun, rather slow evening ~.~
Friday:
Started out with my first Eggsperience w/ Kyotsu, Port, and others. Best corned beef hash I've ever had.
Went back to the hotel, ran AA/DD once and ordered a badge with a high five from Nikkyvix.
Dinner started with 2L of beer from Haufbrauhaus where I was with Matto, Tsukasa, Geo, Alkali, and Thibby, 4 of which were completely new people to meet!
Afterwards, ended up in a room with Oovie, Kronos, Charm, Veon, and a bunch of others I've unfortunately forgotten due to aforementioned beer. We got even more drunk, and then I apparently ended up dancing in public with Vixe and Oovie... I really hope that wasn't taped :v
Saturday:
A second Eggsperience with the same crew after we found out the sushi place we wanted to go to wasn't open. Food was just as good, and I got my eggs bennie on with my bros.
Got back, played a bunch of Skullgirls and even SF4 using a beta-test model of the Razer stick. It's built like a truck despite giving easy access to the internals. Cased the art show, where I saw an amazing original piece by Foxfeathers that I absolutely couldn't afford ;.;
Dinner was Giordanos! Vixe bought and we got way, WAY too much pizza, but it was delicious and the conversation fun as usual. :)
Somehow ended up in Kyotsu's room where I got to meet his fiance Metonymy, who is also a dragon and therefore awesome. Also HW, Tsukasa, and someone else (Thibby?) were there watching the hockey game.
We eventually broke up after the game was over, and I ended up flipping a coin to follow Kyotsu to a suite party... Turns out a couple of the guys there work directly in my field and we ended up tipsy, geeking out on each other. Over the course of the night nearly everyone I had hung out with popped into that room, a pleasant coincidence. I believe three of those I were talking to were named Fizz, Devi, and Ottrocity, but my mind could be fogged.
Sunday:
Biiiiig wind-down. Hit Haufbrauhaus again with Vixe, Oovie, and crew, but didn't drink nearly as much. The saurkraut and sausage was still tasty.
Picked up a print of the Foxfeathers original I wanted, as well as a painted dragon box and the badge I ordered from Nikkyvix, then gamed some more until things closed up.
Hit Blu Fish sushi (right next to Eggsperience, and the place I wanted to go to with Kyotsu) that night, and had some of the best tasting fish I've ever had the pleasure of stuffing into my facehole.
Headed back into Fizz/Ottrocity's suite again with Kyotsu and Metonymy to find Thibby there as well. Without getting into too much detail, there was a bit of a light show, genitals being drawn on oranges, and then Fizz made us waffles, all while we listenined to CVS Bangers.
Ended up saying goodbye to everyone but Kyotsu as well as the various secondary crews I was with. Headed back to my room, slept, and prepared to fly back home.
tl;dr: Genitals on oranges, dancing, airhorns, waffles, Benghazi, awesome times with tons of friends <3
Special mention goes to Putative, Pathia, Linko, Kronos, and anyone else I didn't know was going and ended up running into me <3 You guys made for strangely familiar moments.
