I would rate this experience a 10!! communication was adequate, fast and very proper! Showing promts was a great
touch and overall, I would say customer satisfaction is outstanding!! (not to mention the amazing finished piece!!)

I got a fully illustrated water colour piece. It did take a couple of weeks to get it, which is totally understandable. I expected it to take a lot longer then it actually did, so I was super estactic to get it much sooner. The colours on the piece itself were super vibrant, much more so then the scanned version. If you are borderline on getting one, I would totally do it, simply because it looks way better in person than on what is uploaded here on FA.

Perikoala was super professional, and was quick to respond to questions, and so communication was very smooth. I quite enjoyed working with you, and more than likely, funds allowing, I will be commissioning you multiple times in the future!

The only thing I might change is to ship the art sandwiched in-between two pieces of hefty cardboard. Even though you wrote "do not bend" on the package, it looked as if some mailman had placed it on the front seat and sat his squishy patootie down upon it, resulting in a crease right in the middle of the picture. Most people cant see it, and the picture is hanging on my wall, so I cant really see it either, but it would be nice to not have it at all.... the crease that is, I love the picture.
