I'm not sure being told I'm "there to work" is particularly constructive. It's not like I there to just sit on my arse, after all. My manager's got a metric crapton of work (she does way more hours than she's contracted to) and a college course, and I have the idea that she's not coping well. Added to that the fact she doesn't seem to like me much and, well...
