General
• There are spoilers in here so read the stories first!
• Renamed to Darnlake Botany-R (for Rewrite)
• This journal will be updated to note the basic changes in the story series if you are already already familiar with it.
• Changed story icon to white text with black outline.
• Each letter in the icon now contains the real life plant that inspired the story's mutation of it.

Story 1
• Original posted Apr. 27th 2008
• Rewritten on Dec. 1st 2013
• Beginning is very similar with tiny edits and character details added.
• Fescue and Dr. Tuber now share the same plant.
• The original potted plant is a prototype with no current duplicate.
• Removed excess petals from outside of the plant.
• Added tendrils and extra detail about the lime green fluid of the prototype plant.

Story 2
• Original posted May 9th 2008
• Rewritten on Dec. 8th 2013
• About 80% of the story is brand new. I'm worried it used to be the weakest in the series.
• Less emphasis on Mrs. Tuber this time around.
• Dr. Tuber trusts Fescue this time around so the story makes more sense.
• The stems on the sundew are the original red instead of a neon blue.
• The citizens of Darnlake have properly adopted the metric system.
• Added a large leaf to the sundew with a detachable stem.

Story 3
• Original posted May 12th 2008
• Rewritten on December 15th 2013 for sofurry.
• Posted on December 17th 2013 due to FA outage.
• Moved the botanica's lab to a more realistic location and fleshed out the details.
• Dr. Tuber now has lazy sperm and a cure for it.
• The plants in the botanica now glow in the dark to create a diverse atmosphere from story 2.
• Made everything a little more romantic.
• Changed origin story drastically in the exposition and cut beginnings to plot lines that are no longer relevant. The idea was not well thought out. No one will miss it.
• New plot direction is introduced here.
• The elephant family is now equine to vary the species since another elephant character is introduced later.
• The pod's contents are no longer an aphrodisiac. The theme is overused.
• Emphasized the liquid in the pod's tubes and removed the tendrils.
