Welcome! This entry is my full list of what I offer, prices, my TOS, and my FAQ. Please read through it thoroughly before Commissioning me, and skim my FAQ before you ask any questions. It may already be answered.

By purchasing a Commission slot from me, you are agreeing to these terms. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they read these terms BEFORE purchasing a slot. Ignorance of these terms is not an acceptable reason to violate them.
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
-I reserve the right to cancel a Commission and refund the money to any Commissioner who is unnecessarily rude, unreasonable and/or impatient.
-I reserve the right to deny a Commission based upon its subject matter. If it is something I cannot draw, or something that is outside my comfort zone, I will refuse it.
-Refunds are not available, once you have paid I have started working, which means those precious pennies go to make sure I can continue to work on more art. Refunds will NOT be made for completed and/or posted works. If there is something wrong with your piece, I will gladly fix it.
-I will make any changes to a piece while it is in WIP stage or before it is finished. Major changes are preferably requested BEFORE I start. Major changes may incite additional fees, depending upon how far along the piece is, and how drastic the changes are.
-I determine the price of your Commission, not you.
-50% Payment must be made before work is started on a piece. You have unlimited time to pay your fees, BUT, the sooner you pay the higher on my list you will be and therefore the sooner yours will be done. You may NOT reserve spots unless I agree VIA NOTE to allow this to happen.
-Payments may be made in installments, but this is for $20 worth of art (or more) only. A 25% deposit will also need to be made to secure the spot. A dead line for full payment will be negotiated. Work will NOT be started on the piece(s) until 50% payment is received. It is the your responsibility to contact me if you cannot make the deadline for full payment, or it needs to be changed. Otherwise, if the deadline is missed, whatever has been paid will NOT be refunded and the slot will be opened.
-All Commissions will be posted to Furaffinity and other art websites I am active on, because it is MY art, I can post it wherever I please. I will be happy to omit names if requested.
-If I am commissioned a piece with characters that do not belong to the customer, I WILL ask for proof of permission for the customer to do so. I will NOT get involved with drama or spats that may arise if the other person is not happy with the fact that their character was used.
(Note: If you wish for a piece such as this to be a surprise, I WILL be doing my research. And I will NOT be held responsible if the response to it is negative.)
-You may remain anonymous when I post your piece, however it is your responsibility to let me know you wish to remain anonymous when you request the art.
-Please allow 30 business days (Meaning Weekends and Holidays do not count) upon the day you commission the art, for the work to be completed. If for some reason your piece is going to take an extended period of time, due to personal issues, technical issues, etc, I will notify you personally, and notify all commissioners of delays.
-Prices are non-negotiable. No haggling, bundling, or begging.
-You, and anyone who has characters in the piece, have permission to re-post my work, so long as credit is given, or there is a link to the original. If credit/link is lacking, you will be asked to change that before I report it as "stolen art".
-Progress sketches/WIPs available upon request only. Please specify if you want to see these.
-Please DO NOT to forward payment to my Paypal until I have approved your commission. Payments made before that will be refunded.
-Payments are by Paypal ONLY. If you have a secondlife account please let me know, lindens are the only other form of payment I will accept.Please put your username/some indication who you are in the personal note and which piece you are paying for when paying. Please select the "Goods" or "Service" option for these payments. DO NOT choose any of the options under "Personal", or "eBay items".
-Visual references only. No verbal descriptions (except for reference sheets, or if I specify otherwise)
