Chilly Willy, the cute-but-usually-obnoxious little penguin redeems himself somewhat in this cartoon:
Woody Woodpecker's cameo becomes even funnier if you are aware that Mel Blanc once actually sued Walter Lantz over Woody's laugh.

Like most Paul Smith cartoons, this one was a little funky, but still quite funny. (And what a break it was to hear Daws Butler as something besides a Butt Monkey character. )
