Haven't had a journal in a while, so I figured this would be a good one to do.

1. Was 2013 a good year for you? Why?
Yeah it was a great year. Went to Disney World and had two vet school interviews at the beginning of the year and got into both schools. Then I started vet school in the summer and it's pretty much consumed my life since. Oh, going to visit  Dominowuff and  Syber in October was hella cool too.

2. What was your favorite moment of the year?
Disney World was pretty awesome, but I suppose I should say when I got accepted into vet school. Or suiting as Beau with  Syber

3. What was your least favorite moment of the year?
Leaving Colorado to live all by myself and be away from the places and people I love.

4. Where were you when 2013 began?
In Disney World

5. Who were you with?
My parents

6. Where will you be when 2013 ends?
I'll be back in Colorado to be with my family for the holidays.

7. Who will you be with when 2013 ends?
My family and bf

8. Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions of 2013?
Yeah, I got into vet school and moved out of my parents' house.

9. Do you have New Year's Resolution(s) for 2013?
Continue doing well in school and get in better shape so I can possibly apply for an army scholarship.

10. Did you fall in love in 2013?
Nope

11. If yes, with who?
Still with the same guy for 3 years

I would hope he knows that I love him.

Omg yes let's move on.

GAH

15. Did you break up with anyone in 2013?
Nope.

16. Did you make any new friends in 2013?
Oh yeah, lots of vet school buddies.

17. Who are your favorite new friends?
Not sure, I like to keep everyone in the same level. Best friends make you too vulnerable.

Nah

My grandmother

22. Did you miss anybody in the past year?
I miss all my friends and family in Colorado and I miss my grandmother.

23. What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2013?
Star Trek: Into Darkness

24. What was your favorite song from 2013?
I've gotten really into dubstep and electronic music this year. I guess my favorite song is Feel Me - Krewella right now. I'd love to come out of my shell and do a dance competition to this song.

Aw hell I dunno, I have been out of touch.

None :(

Nope

28. Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2013?
A lot more than I ever have. Thanks, vet school. Only been drunk 3 times, all in this year lol.

Nope, don't do drugs.

31. Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year?
Vet school stress and plus the stress of living alone for the first time in my life caused my depression to rear its ugly head again. Haven't really had problems with it in about 8 years, so it was a big set back. Doing -okay- now.

33. What was the worst lie someone told you in 2013?
I won't try to control you with money.

34. Did you treat somebody badly in 2013?
After 24 years of putting up with my family's manipulative bullshit, I finally went off on both my mother and father. I still feel bad about some of the things that I said, but I was at a breaking point.

35. Did somebody treat you badly in 2013?
Yeah, but that's part of life. I just make a point to not stoop to their level 99% of the time.

36. How much money did you spend in 2013?
A lot. Moving is expensive. So is school.

37. What was your proudest moment of 2013?
Getting into both vet schools that I interviewed at.

38. What was your most embarrassing moment of 2013?
Drunken aftermath of my first time being completely wasted.

39. If you could go back in time to any moment of 2013 and change something, what would it be?
Sometimes I wonder if I'd been happier at Kansas State, but when I'm doing surgeries next year I think I'll be happy with my decision.

40. What are your plans for 2014?
Continue to do well in school, go to Denver Comic con, FWA, and maybe AC.
