How do you stop? Well, first you have to figure out if it's you. I suppose, if you are losing lots of different friends, then it is most likely you. If that's true, then you need to figure out why.
Without knowing you, or the friends you've lost, I couldn't guess why. A simple solution might be to ask them, or to ask others what they think. Be prepared for answers you might not agree with though, whatever those might be. If you can't ask them, or they won't tell you, then you'll need to figure out what all of the losses have in common. It is possible that you might have a behavior or a characteristic that some people don't like. It is also possible that some of those people weren't actually friends to begin with, but just acted like they were, perhaps because you have something they desire. The possibilities are endless, unless some of them tell you why.
One important thing when making friends is to be yourself. That way, people make friends based on who you actually are. One common reason that some people stop being friends with another is if the person changes too much or unexpectedly. This is fairly common among furries, where role-playing is common. Many people meet and become friend in character, but when they learn what the person under the character is really like, they are disappointed and drop the friendship. Ideally, people get to she the real person from the start, so there are no surprises later. I don't know if any of this applies to you, since I don't know anything about you. I'm just tossing out possible ideas.
Anyway, I hope you stop losing friends. It might be as simple as looking for something different in your friends.
