I think that there can be love across the board for both sites. FA has been around for a long while and without it a lot of people would have never had a place to congregate and meet, exchange ideas, and build friendships and support each other. Weasyl offers a new and more intimate way to get to know the roots of your community. If furs were to check it out (really- you guys should check out some of the features!) and lessen the load on a team that's given 'X' amount of time toward a site that is free for every user I think that both sites would be in a 'win' situation.

I agree, namely because of what Weasyl offers. Where as FA hasn't changed one iota since day one. There are still a few features I'd like to see added, and one I know for a fact is being deployed in the near future. As I see it, between the lack of functionality and seemingly persistent problems, I feel FA's days are numbered.

weasyl seems pretty cool, I've got apage now, I'm just slow to change my usual sniffing grounds XD
