I finally got some time off work after working 19 straight days due to needing parts for the new car models. I was really starting to get exhausted to the point any amount of sleep just didn't seem like enough.

I was anxious to get the Christmas shutdown started so early last week I asked my boss if any one had ETO (Earned Time Off) and he said 8 of the allowed 12 hours was taken *YES!!!* So I immediately took the other 4 hours.

My day went fairly quick and before I knew it our lunch break was here (2:30am is a weird concept for lunch but meh that's 3rd shift for ya) my boss brought in pizza so I stayed long enough to munch on some of that and chat with my co-workers before heading home.

First night off and you guessed it I slept for over 12 hours (I'm normally 6 to 7 hour a day of sleep husky) but I feel well rested and looking forward to enjoying the next 12 days.

We're gonna spend 4 days of it visiting our friend and the best dragon in the world, Ces. To which we both cannot wait for!!
