At least Ian Flynn is telling us what the comic had planned before Penders screwed everything up and Sega stepped in. The man needs to just give up and move on, that's all. His time is over...go and do something else! *sigh*

Ah........so, it's technically not the game itself, it's those "extras". Good lord what a royal jerk. At the time, it was freakin' GOOD PROMOTION FOR THE COMIC. And I'm sure that Sega used the art with permission from Archie Comics at the time. I see Penders has one supporter there... *snort* ...in FMA I never liked Roy Mustang anyways, so anyone using his name I wouldn't mind simply ignoring!

He really is sue-happy. If only he'd drag his head out of his butt and work on doing something new, the fans might actually care about him again. Honestly...does he really think a lawsuit with Sega will go anywhere? Especially over a game that most people can't find or wouldn't buy anymore anyways? The world would've been better off if he just wrote fan-fiction like the rest of us!
