So here's a hypothetical that I need input on. Like a LOT of input
Say you had an option to determine what went into a youtube channel, what would you want to see? what would you want to hear about, etc etc.
BTW, this is for gaming related stuffs
please give feedback as I'm kicking around a few ideas but my overall direction is kind of vague at this point, I'm asking for a kind of compass before I kick things off since I want to do it correctly from the getgo

It's also important to keep a vigorous upload schedule in correlation with well edited videos, uploaded at a reasonable time, consistently. Gaming channels are most known for their ability to produce a lot of content in a short time.
Well made graphics, especially those with transparency, offer a professional feeling to a Youtube channel. It is also important to note that any intro should be below 5-10 seconds, as that is the first impression, and can drastically effect how many people watch whole videos.
A well maintained home channel, one that lists important information is more important than you might think.
Always upload videos early if you can, as it helps with the upload speed, which can be slow depending on where you live, and the time of day.
Always title your video's appropriately, listing, exactly what the person watching should expect in the fewest words possible. Keep in mind that tags have a larger effect than one might think, and that the tags do not show up on the video.
Scripts are very helpful, but [obviously] shouldn't be applied to live commentary, or even post commentary. If you do use a script, make sure to transcribe it onto the video, and possibly the captions as well.
DO NOT USE ANNOTATIONS unless they are in the beginning, [10 seconds is a long enough time for them, do not exceed 30] the end, or in very rare situations should be applied to the middle. If there is an error in a video, re-upload it, or make a second video. Annotations are not bandages.
You can upload videos under private and, change them to public at a later date.
Keep your personal Youtube account separate from the one you upload to.
Make sure to list your video's under the creative common's licence, and never feature anything copyrighted, unless it is music, and cap it a 10 seconds.
I can suggest more things if you want, but I am tired, so I will do so later.
please specify which type of gaming? video games(pc vs console), Larp, Tabletop, etc. ?
