FC - Seeking A Hotel Roomin' Situation!

Heyyo.
I'm only just taking steps now towards possibly being able to attend FC!
But one of the things I need to have in place is a rooming situation.
I am unable to stay w/ the friend who put me up last year.
As such I am now looking for someone who's got some room space!
I am 41 and a non-partier and will need to be able to keep semi-reasonable hours.
Mind you, i -did- say 'semi'. *raves*
Anyway, any of y'all who have connections of any sort, could you do me a solid and spread the word?
