When I went to check in on her today, I found that my leopard gecko 'TK' had passed away. She was an old girl, probably close to 15 years old. I had her since high school. She was my first real pet. This is a pretty sad day for me.

I've been so busy with life and drama and medical expenses and holiday stress... I didn't even notice how skinny she had gotten this past month. I knew she was old but... I just wish I could have paid more attention to her or at least been there when it was her time. She was a great pet.

Everyone out there be sure to cherish the time you spend with your loved ones over the next couple days. It matters.
