GPS 'vehicles'.

Anyone know anyone who might be able to make custom vehicles for a Garmin Nuvi GPS? I'd like Fluttershy at the least, and Pinkie Pie. They're apparently collections of PNGs with transparency making an animation, according to some stuff I found.
Would like Fluttershy's wings to be flapping, obviously, with the position of the car at the tip of her nose. Pinkie might be harder to make recognizable from above. I'd be willing to pay a reasonable amount for it, although let me know what you might want for it first. :P
