Yeah I tried going Vegan once I lasted about three weeks but had to stop because I kept getting ligjt headed and headaches. I didnt have the right vitamins and protien stuff to make up for loss if vitalnutrients. I've been thinking abiut it but we'll see how far walking 8-16mi a day does.
