in so far as i know, no exclusives or better rates, but until it comes out (if it comes stateside that is), you can't use the dual stick pro because of the size increase, so if you have any games that use that and would be definitly better with it, regular might be better. but if the bigger screen is worth it, than go with that. you can get a larger battery third party for the regular.
