Tablet Pressure thingy HELP

i cant seem to figure out why it is the pressure sensor isn't working in the tablet i am using anymore. i never got it to work and i would really like some help as to why it isn't functioning properly
Some art programs need their setting to be changed for it to work.

The blue circle makes Pressure sensitive lines. Put it at 0%
