Hey if you've got an itch for MMOs try out Star Trek Online. It is a hybrid F2P/Subscription game, but if you don't want to pay you don't have to as nothing is locked behind a subscription paywall. Only thing you would miss out on are free respecs, extra inventory/bank space, the shared bank, and finally a unique spaceship. However all those things except the spaceship can be purchased through microtransactions.

However the best part is there are in game means of earning the microtransaction currency, so with enough patience you can eventually buy all those big shiny things without spending a dime! It'll just take a long time hehe.

I'm not real big into the space scene, tbh. I'm more of a medieval/fantasy person. Plus one of the only reasons I want to play WoW is because of the new pet system lol I like me some nanimals!

If you're paying for it you wanna play it I'm sure. lol. It's a lot of fun but there are times it's annoying... such as grinding. Any MMO has grinding and it's ANNOYING. There is also the aspect that you'll probably be playing alone for a long while... so I say if you have friends who are playing then see if you can talk them into lvling with you. Also... in case you didn't know... when you purchase the game you get a month free. :x ( At least that's what I remember... it's been a while... )
