New Year Journal!

*prances out clad in just a diaper and a '2014' sash* Hey everyone. I trust you all had a fun New Year's eve? Good!
This year, I, Kaffre Kitten, have made the same resolution I've made every year since joining FA - to improve my participation in the babyfur community by increasing my output of art and fiction as well as being more active in RPs and inwriting up these spiffy kitten-journals. In non-babyfur related stuff, I intend to increase my efforts at seeking professional medical and psychiatric help in overcoming some of the obstacles to my finding employment.
Anyway, it hasn't been too long since my Xmas journal, but that's alright as there are a few things I wanted to mention back then, but somehow managed to forget... :embarrassed*
Firstly, with the new school year on LPES approaching rapidly, I'd like to select an avatar to use for my account there, but can't decide on one. Therefore, I'm appealing to you my journal readers - which Kaffre picture (by myself or others) do you think is the most representative of my fursona and would thus make the best icon?
Secondly, the good people at Kenzerco have recently commenced a KS to raise funds to produce a liveaction webseries based upon their popular KoDT comicbook. Thus far they haven't been terribly successful, but with more than a month to go they may yet turn things around. For those as yet unfamiliar with the comic, a free introduction: "Dave's Excellent Adventure" was posted here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/rs4xgy0f.....xsw/Ur45mBlYxY Not their best story IMO, but pretty entertaining and the price is certainly right.
Thirdly, aspiring game-designers rejoice. My friends at Atlas Games are currently taking submissions for TCGs and rules-lite boardgames! http://blog.atlas-games.com/2013/12.....bmissions.html So if any of you cubs (or big furs, I guess) have any cool game ideas you'd like help developing, head on over to their website and fill out a submission form!
Finally, I just want to make sure everyfur gets a nice thorough hug to start out 2014! *administers New Years hugs*

Wow! I had no idea you were involved in so many different things. I do recall you mentioning Atlas before. Are they an Independent Game Developer? Kind of like the folks behind "Skull Girls"?

That pic is indeed a cute one! I'll probably wait until the start of this term to pick my icon, but your suggestion remains a strong contender! *huggles a helpful dino-ducky!*
PS. I must admit I was a bit confused by your preamble as the only thing I really mentioned that involved me was the Atlas thing and even that was somewhat tangential...
Overall, I do hope all goes well for you this year, Kaffre. I hope you are able to involve yourself as much as you can in the community here while furthering yourself in the sciences. I'll be rooting for you and looking forward to you rising to meet all your goals. *Huggles*
