Arthur my hamster is getting ill and i think he might die soon T^T he is really unwell

I had my first pet parakeet and she just died out of no where on thanksgiving
then me and my two little siblings got hamsters mine was first to die murdered by my brothers ;-; then one got a big lump on its side and couldn't move and died
then the murderous one lived for so long and died out of no where
I hope he gets better tho maybe he just ate something? ;-; don't believe or think he will die believe he wil liiiiive
