Holy crap AGAIN!

My server (http://www.redfoxy.it) crash again!
http://www.redfoxy.it http://forum.redfoxy.it and http://www.softairmania.it are offline again!
09/11/2006 I've crashed the main HD, I loose only a little quantity of data... Now I've loose ALL MY DATA!
The redundant copy of backup was stopped (shit!) by a (silly) colleague that he don't know what was the process... And now I've only a bakcup of 2 weeks ago!
Holy crap!!!
Now I've spent about 400Eurs to reinstall it and inser a backup hd, now I must reinstall all programs, web site and database...
I hope that my user (over 3000 registered users) don't kill my for 2weeks of data lost... :|
I start up server such as work... It go very well and without troubles... Only my server (and my personal computer) have very big troubles...
That am I unlucky?
In my coutry a proverb says: The cobbler walks with shoes broken...
That's can mean that I can repari or setup very good server/pc but my server/pc have always troubles :|
