Here's my art status and new rules concerning about making art for others.
Since I obtained a PayPal account, I decide to open up commissions for $5 (you can have up to 3, note me for my email address) and restricting requests to friends only, though art trades and point commissions (DA only) will be open to anyone.

Commissions (Most needed)
If you have any questions concerning everything art-wise, just comment or note me all about it.

not at the moment. I don't yet have a bank account therefore I can't do commissions online through Paypal.

You can start a PayPal with or without a bank account.

Simple, All you to do is use your current email address and a password to remember and that's it.
