People are stupid, enough said.

I thought that our friendship would have rated at least a real reason for the falling out. Not some imaginary event that occurred in their head.

This happens WAY too often in life.. people living by assumptions instead of communication... and giving more value to head-hallucinations than the actual words of their friend or mate... :/

You should listen to your own advice and do some explaining before you sever ties that matter to you. If there truly was a communication problem, try a different modality (writing for instance vs. voice). I feel like I know Kithy pretty well-- hard to believe he would be manipulative or mean-spirited to a friend. Recommend you quiet down and think for a while, then discuss it when you aren't so reactionary.
