ARRRGH! I hate my Job

Well I'm fed up with this shit. My Job is lowering our handle time. Which on top of everything else (Dwindling Health Care Benifits, lack of Shift Bids, Etc.), is really pushing me to try and find something else, but what?
I hardly have any skills, and the only thing I've done since 2004 is Tech Troubleshooting and customer service. I would love to break away from being on the phones, but is that possible, or am I doomed to be stuck at a Call Center Job for the rest of my days.
Keep in mind, since I've been working at my current Job for a while, I also have a particular amount money I have to hit to keep up my current standard of living, and i don't know if I can take a pay cut. Since it's not just me I have to worry about.
I don't know, it's all confusing.

seems there is a concerted effort by many higher ups in several companies bent on making jobs a living he'll. they can't downsize anymore without facing legal issues, so if they can just get people so fed up as to just quit on their own, they can replace those of us working years at wherever we are. then hire someone at $7.50 or 8 an hour instead of 10 to 15 or more each hour.

That and for those people who are still there or the new people. They seem to be expecting more and more. Adding on more and more responsibilities to their employees without additional pay. I hope you can find a better job though Warnner.

I think we've discussed this topic before. I'm willing to help build your resume, maybe we can find a position on base. They've been hiring even while cutting back and sequestering us. Even with that nonsense, I'd rather be there than in the commercial job scene.
