I suppose they won't plow at all then, letting it get packed down into ruts. Sounds familiar...

Oh yeah. Said that/heard that too much today at work when talking to customers (and other coworkers leaving for home). All I can say is 'Oh Michigan...how I love your weather....NOT!'.
Cole even says it's too much for him. And he and Kieran grew up in the mountains back with the elven life where they got plenty of snow. I didn't. I lived further south on the ocean where it rained in winter (though it did get cool it wasn't enough for snow).
