What made you choose the species of your main fursona?
I've had a soft spot for wolves for quite a while. DMFA, which inspired me to create one, didn't seem to have many. I didn't realise at the time that it was probably a reaction to other stories having too many...
Is your fursona just like you, or how you want to be?
He started out as a projection of me, but gradually went his own way. Yes, there are a lot of things about him that I'd kill for, but there are also a lot of things I have that he doesn't, that I wouldn't want to give up.
Does your fursona have the same personality you have?
He did once, but we've gone our own separate ways.
Does your fursona have the same dislikes and likes as you do?
A lot of them, yes. But he also has many all of his own.
Does your fursona look like you at all?
Not really, no.
Is your fursona the same gender as you, if not why?
Yes
Do you have more then one main fursona?
Not as such, but I do have a lot of characters in my stories.
Do you have a back story for your fursona, if so does it have anything to do with your own history?
Some of it reflects mine in a distorted way, but since he's a character in a medieval fantasy scenario and a member of a persecuted race, they branched off quite quickly
Is your fursona mated, if so is it to your real life significant other?
No
If not are they looking for a mate, or are they a swinger so to speak?
Somewhat - he is an incubus, you have to make allowances for that. In the Epsilon story he has actually found a partner, but they are completely fiction.
Amber learned the hard way in DMFA that reflecting real-life relationships in fiction can turn ugly if the real-life relationship breaks down, so that is something I'd be a bit reluctant to do
Is there something special about your fursona that you think sets them apart from others?
'Cubi fursonas are relatively rare - I can't think of many other wolf 'Cubi in the DMFA circuit. Certainly his backstory has become quite rich and complex, and I'd like to think that sets him apart somewhat.
Do you have much art of your main fursona/s?
Yes, but not necessarily on FA. A lot of earlier commissions and request art was put on Photobucket. As a rule I don't like posting things I haven't helped create.
If you count his appearances in the Project Future comic, yes - there's likely over a thousand renditions of him.
Would you ever consider parting with your main fursona, if so why?
No!
If you suit, do you have a suit of your main fursona?
I considered it, but Daryil's goofy personality was more suitable.
Have you ever roleplayed with your main fursona, or do you prefer not to?
Yes. On once instance I was invited to the RP because they wanted to have Jakob :3
Do you consider your main fursona to be a part of you in any way?
Partially. He's not a 1:1 projection of me anymore, but I do associate with him a lot.
