Hey, FWA, anyone (that I sort of know) going?

I've never been to a con like this, either. I've been to last year's DragonCon parade (just the parade though) and CocoaConf (which is about a completely different subject altogether!).
The problem's that I don't really know of anyone who's going and, if I do decide to go, I'd prefer not to go completely alone.
Sooooo. Who's going (and possibly wouldn't mind someone tagging along)? =w=
And how is it like, anyway?

I didn't have a terribly great time last year, but that was no fault of the con.
Just had a lotta stuff goin on.
I plan for this year to be soo much better ^^
