I spent Saturday morning doing baking that should last me a couple of weeks. I made 20 whole wheat English muffins (1 for breakfast and left-overs for bread pudding on weekends), 2 whole wheat loaves of bread, and 5 sandwich rolls. I also finally pulled the corned beef out of its brine and boiled it on Sunday. Now I have 2 weeks' worth of corned beef hash to make. :)
