I am working on a one credit point hang up on a loan so we are gonna pay a card down to 30 percent taxes to get that one point we need. Getting a grand Fox to look it over for me so I am not getting it till he says go. So after we pay 30 percent we have to wait 30 day to 45 days to kick in then we can go for it. Wish us luck gonna be a struggle but we can get there.
