Hah, I thought about putting that, but I think most of 'em will be back in about a month, ESPECIALLY when they realize that they can't get the quantity or variety of art they do here. Artists likewise won't have as large of a commissioner base, as well.

Honestly I just don't think the majority of people leaving the site have the character to stick to principle and leave the site for good. If they did, they'd delete their accounts here.

Haha i tried to delete my other account, just in case someone stealing my characters whated the account name for themselves, but even the moderators said that it was impossible to fully remove an account :3

certainly doesn't help keep principles :p It also took me an hour and a half of clicking to clear my watch list, and all my faves and stuff :p Il give them that, FA doesn't make leaving easy.

I mean, don't get me wrong, I applaud them for being fed up with the site and wanting to do something about it, but just leaving isn't going to fix anything. If anything, it's the people who stick around and try to fight things that are going to do something. The ones who leave will only try and start their own new site, and inevitably it will fall prey to the same forces that affect FA today; corruption, bad admins, poor decisions, etc. It happens everywhere you go. I've seen it happen more times than not.

Actually, a large enough decrease in site traffic would probably make for better load times. So by leaving, they're slowly improving FA for the rest of us.

I know what you mean. Having concerns and voicing them in a CONSTRUCTIVE manner is one thing, but spewing drama like a muck-spreader on a farm is something completely different.

One of my friends left because she was being stalked and the admins would do nothing to stop it. The person kept making new accounts. So she called him out and they suspended her, even though the journal had all the proof in it. So not everyone who leaves is a loser. I'm sick of seeing journals like this.

Aye, same. I'll wait to pass judgement on the guy for stuff I see him do, and not what I hear through the rumor mill, regardless of what I may hear. Rape and sexual abuse is a terrible, terrible thing. Indeed an unforgivable act.

But I refuse to pre-judge someone when I know nothing about them, least of all whether they are guilty or not of such a heinous act.

Yes really, I will do the same because you can pre-judge someone of something that they have been *Possibly* know to do and if he really is just a terrible person guilty of such a terrible act that is just awful then I can judge them harshly, but until I see any evidence and without even knowing them very well if at all, then it does not give me a reason to have any judgements at this time and therefor does not make me want to just leave over a rumor.
