Well time to throw my hat into the ring and wade through the bog of bullshit that is the rape allegations

so heres what i can gather is fact from this whole public spectacle:
Apparently theres some drama revolving around Project Phoenix or rather its creator  Zaush apparently he's accused of the crime of rape. (Take note here: i believe in innocent until proven guilty in a court of law so i assume he's innocent unless significant evidence or a court proves me otherwise) But what bothers me here is not the fact an allegation was made or the fact people are jumping ship to weasyl (if they wanna go let them) but rather the fact that there are honest people out there asking and pressing dragoneer for the truth and what does he do? He bans them, blocks them or otherwise prevents them from making any more inquiries into the matter. My question here is: why does blatant censorship take a backseat in favor of some baseless accusations?

I post this not because i care about the people leaving or the allegations i care because i am against ANY AND ALL forms of censorship.
