I have shipped many XL-XXL boxes to AC, but no pallets. On average it usually cost about $100+ to have them shipped there with insurance. I would highly recommend making a mock up of the pallet, as in weight, height, etc, then ask your local shipping company (in person usually works out better) what a good estimate is for cost. Ive asked in person a few times at my local shipping places for estimates like these, and they usually end up being pretty close. I hope that helps. :)

do you trust sending normal boxes or send everything in totes? im thinking we would need a pallet as last year we had a 4X5ft trailer filled and there will be just as much coming to the con this year. ^^:

Ive done both ways, totes in boxes, and just in boxes. Either way i highly suggest putting the insurance on the packs no matter what. Ive noticed that over the last few years I've shipped to the DLCC they handle things a little roughly, insurance is a must even if you have to pay the extra.

shiping a plt by LTL would be 200-500$ deping on times wether they pick it up at you house or you drop it off at there dock. UPS/fedex can be all over the place for plts... you would want to know the wt as close as you can also just how big it is that all afects price..

LTLs will pick up and drop off at you house but you would want to have the plt already shrinked and all and think is a 50-100 doller fee for liftgate to pick up
