I think it's the safest way, nothing is 100 % safe today, but here in GErmany, I never heard about problems.

I'd have to agree with Rhazazor. There aren't many other services like it and even though nothing is 100% safe the only problems I've heard it having is it freezing some people's accounts when they move to a different country or something like that.

But wont paypal be able to take out money from my bank then? and will the conection exist after I log out.
and can I choose the sum.
I would prefer to always fill in the transfer number when a new withdraw would happen,

also I was hoping I can transfer to even a friens or familie members acount not only mine.

They can only do that if you are making a transaction that requires it. And that only happens with your say so. So if you want to send money, and you don't have any on your paypal account you can send it directly from your bank account or have money sent there. Again only if you do it yourself are they allowed to mess with your bank account. It's for convenience more than anything. I don't have my bank account linked, but I do use my debit card to pay for things so that's as far as my knowledge goes. I wouldn't know if you could fill out a new transfer number each time or with the family/friend thing.

If that conection works both directions It´s too risky, I gues I wont see my tiny earnings for some time longer.

it basically works like this: PayPal holds money and if you want a specific amount sent to your bank, you choose how much you want to withdraw. its really no different than a regular bank and you can withdraw as much as you want into your bank account. if you have any questions, just call them up and ask. PayPal does NOTHING to your account unless you say so. they won't take money from your account unless you use PayPal itself to pay for something and you don't have enough money in your PayPal account to pay for it and they won't put money into your bank account unless you withdraw it personally.
