Yay, first journal of 2014. Started the year sick, and though I'm now over it, things haven't improved a whole lot overall. Not BAD for the most part, but it's mostly just been kind of a dull few weeks. I've been thinking a lot recently about some of the relationships I've had with people and it's made me question a few things... about myself and about the people I associate with.

Just a reminder: yes, I do have a Weasyl page. No, it is not because of FA drama or any plan to ditch FA, I've had it for a while. Yes, you are welcome to ask me for the info if you want it. Yes, I update it as often as I update my FA page. You can see how often I update my FA page, though. Sorry I don't do it more often, but getting art is a very rare occurrence for me and I generally don't have anything interesting enough going on to write a journal about. If you want my day-to-day thoughts, my Twitter page is a good place to look. I've considered getting some new art done, as I'd love to get more, but I've not been able to convince myself it's the best use of my money, especially since I'm still jobless. As such I'm also not attending FC, or any con but BLFC in the foreseeable future.

I'm hoping to change the jobless thing soon, though. I'm tired of being broke, and being at home almost constantly since my class let out has been unpleasant. Not because I dislike the people I live with or anything, I just feel like I could be doing something and I can't. I've been sending out job applications, most recently for full-time ambulance work, ambulance cleaning/stocking, doing grunt work in the ER of a nearby hospital... I guess we'll see what happens with those. I'd do a good job if someone gave me the chance to prove myself. :c

So... yeah.
